Masses of tightly packed stripes of dried paint are not able to prevent errant strands from spilling free.
Inspired by recent events surrounding Melbourne in lockdown where despite stringent measures for containment the virus and, sometimes, the people continue to escape.
This work is fitted with D rings and wire for immediate hanging. On the back, you will find my signature, initials, title, and year. It is registered on the NRAA (National Registry for Australian artists). The work comes with details of the registration and a Certificate of Authenticity.
Outbreak can also be a freestanding sculpture.
